Sponsor a Pipe: The Cost

The Church has launched an appeal to raise the £140,000 and we would be so grateful for your support, however small.  We propose a system of ‘Sponsoring a Pipe’ and people who do so can have their name or that of a loved one recorded in a leather bound book which will be located by  the organ in perpetuity.   

The St Edward’s Organ has an amazing total of 2045 Pipes all of various sizes the largest being  32ft  of which there are only twelve. The proposed sponsorship price for pipes is as follows:

With their permission the ‘Sponsors’ names and/or the dedication name if any will be recorded in a book to be on permanent display in Church.  It is hoped that the 32’ Pipes ‘Sponsors’ will have their names or initials recorded on the pipe itself.
