In November 2005 Team has approved a Mission Action Plan to cover the next few years in response to the challenge to become a place where:

We  are engaged with the wider world through:

  •   Finding new ways of supporting our church schools
  •   Deepening our involvement and action in the local community

 We belong to the wider church through

  •   Growing our ecumenical links in Leek
  •   Supporting the world church and learning from it

We are growing the local church through

  •   Exploring new ways of being open to people of all ages
  •   Developing fresh expressions of church at different times and places

 We are forming disciples for the twenty first century through

  •   Connecting issues of faith and life
  •   Encouraging spiritual growth
